To: All Delegates and Alternates to Senate District 43 Republican BPOU Convention

Everyone who was elected delegate or alternate at the 2024 SD43 Precinct Caucuses are receiving this Convention Call to the 2025 SD43 Republican BPOU Convention. Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota, the Senate District 43 Republican Party Basic Political Organizational Unit (BPOU) is hereby called to meet:
SATURDAY, MARCH 15, 2025 - CONVENES AT 9:00 A.M.

Registration Fee: $20.00 for Delegates and Alternates; Guests are also $20.00
Political Contribution Refund receipts and applications will be provided upon request. Registration will be open from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M for all delegates, alternates, and guests.
(Light refreshments will be provided.)

The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:
- Adopting changes to SD43 Republicans Bylaws (advance copy available on SD43’s convention webpage)
- Election of SD43 Executive Committee Officers: Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, up to eight (8) Vice-Chairs
- Election of allotted Delegates and Alternates to Minnesota State Central Committee (2 seats from SD43)
- Election of allotted Delegate and Alternates to Third Congressional District Full Committee (1 seat)
- Election of allotted Delegate and Alternates to Fifth Congressional District Full Committee (1 seat)
Those interested in above positions can submit their nomination by Monday, March 10, 2025 in one of two ways:

All nominees must appear before the Nominating Committee, either virtually or in person. Advanced nomination and appearance before the Nominating Committee would be appreciated in order to minimize Convention day downtime. Nominations close one-half hour (30 minutes) after the Rules of the Convention have been adopted.
NOTE: A quorum is needed to transact the above business therefore your attendance is extremely important.
